For one of our Clients, we are currently looking for:
Job description:
- Ensure material handling and incoming material inspections (IMI) comply with quality standards, maintaining accurate records and zero quality incidents
- Monitor and improve material quality by reviewing production defects, collaborating with suppliers, R&D, and Production, and managing risk for NTM defects
- Supervise reference and additional sample management for markets and global functions
- Coordinate new material, machine, and product qualifications, including testing, trials, documentation, and reporting
- Represent the factory during FDA inspections and ensure US market material compliance, including labeling, documentation, and batch record accuracy
- Plan, coordinate, and report all testing activities and QA programs to support projects, shelf-life studies, and innovative product introductions
- Lead quality investigations, handling blocked products/materials, and ensuring J-SOX compliance
- Guide and develop the management team, ensuring availability of skilled resources, training, talent development, and succession planning
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and IWS Quality pillar activities
Expectations:
- University degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Experience in similiar position
- Experience with material, machine, and product qualification processes
- Good knowledge of Polish and English (min. B2)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and practical experience with FDA requirements
- Ability to share knowledge
