The recruitment is being conducted for an international company in the automotive industry that provides professional repair shops with original vehicle manufacturer service and repair data to support vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
Job description:
- Actively acquiring customers in Spain or France
- Managing assigned marketing leads
- Conducting online product/system demonstrations
- Guiding customers through the entire sales process (from trial/demo, through contract signing and subscription, to invoicing)
- Preparing offers and providing product consultancy
- Achieving sales targets and reporting results
- Participating in sales campaigns and promotions, as well as industry events
Requirements:
- Experience in Inside Sales/ phone sale
- Native / Fluent in French or Spanish, good command of English
- Consistent daily work (cold calls, following up on leads, trails)
- Ready to make calls, work on targets, and close deals
- Passion for sales and strong communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in automotive workshops (aftermarket)
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Experience working with OEM manufacturer portals
- Communicative knowledge of Polish
Offer:
- Employment contract (3-month probation period, followed by a permanent contract)
- Hybrid work model: Initially 100% remote, then 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 16:00 or 9:00 – 17:00
