For one of our Clients, we are currently looking for:

Payroll, Time & Benefits Senior Specialist (Supporting Poland and Austria)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure precise and timely maintenance of system data as well as administrative activities across payroll, taxation, social insurance, time management, and global/local benefits for Poland and Austria

  • Act as a subject‑matter expert, offering guidance, advisory support, and resolution of complex inquiries for employees, managers, and first‑level support teams

  • Oversee, process, and reconcile mass data uploads, monitor data flows to and from Workday and external vendors, and secure accurate, timely integration execution

  • Safeguard full compliance with Polish and Austrian regulations, internal policies, and employer obligations across all supported processes

  • Proactively drive and contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for P&C processes and Standard Work Instructions (SWIs)

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders (P&C, Finance, IT) and external payroll and benefits providers

  • Serve as a role model by coaching and training new team members, while supporting quality control efforts to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery

 

Expectations:

  • 2-5+ years of specialist experience in payroll and benefits
  • Deep knowledge of local tax and social insurance regulations for both Poland and Austria
  • Knowledge of Workday P&C Processes
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot table, v-lookup, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills in English, Polish, and German (both written and spoken)
  • A proven ability to be a decisive, independent problem-solver with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to customer centricity
